Hi,

I experience a different problem from the above. I feel fullness in my stomach, breastbone chest pain, abdominal pain, acidity, lump in my throat, difficult in swallowing sometimes nausea. I went to the doctor and he gave me dexrabeprazole sodium to eat before 30 minutes of having food at night but still not recoverable.

Kindly help.

You can also try avoiding acidic foods, caffeine, carbonated drinks, chocolate, Spicy food, elevate the head of your bed, don't eat at least 3 hours if not more before bed.
