For the past few days I have been strangely sick.

I've had alot of heartburn and burped up stomach acids. And I'll get this dull burning ache in my mid stomach. My chest also gets tight.

My head also hurts terribly to the point of tears and my right upper arm going up into my shoulder and neck.

It's making me restless and I can't even sleep. I am in alot of pain.

Does anyone have any clue? Thank you so much.

MY husband had a bad case of acid reflux and indigestion with symptoms that sound similar to yours. It may sounds strange, but he swallowed a large spoonful of apple cider vinegar and the symptoms were neutralized.

Constant heartburn CAN be a sign of a stomach ulcer. That's how I recently found out that I have an ulcer. Go see your doctor. And if it is a stomach ulcer vinegar is the LAST thing you want to swallow!!!

See a doctor about this and insist on solid proof with medical testing, Barium/exrays, Upper GI scans whatever it takes even a second opinion. Waiting for things to get better, can often make a situation worse. If its reflux and continues you run the risk of certain types of esophageal cancer with prolonged attacks over time.
