I am looking for e-mail pen pals that will accept a letter around 6 months for me because I am a Very Busy person that has a very busy lifestyle that live in a group home. Some of my hobbies include pen palling, making new friends and listening to music. My interests include pets, sports, church bells, camping and movies.

Try raising the head of your bed by a good couple of inches with boards...Just the front part...This way your head will be elevated higher than your heart and stomach....I used to be bothered with acid reflux and heartburn but that was years ago...I fought it off just as you can fight it off...

Good luck,
Caroline

Common digestive disorders such as heartburn and acid reflux affect millions of people each year. Although many people treat their heartburn using over the counter medications, these medications are simply treating the symptoms and aren't doing anything to cure your heartburn. Taking simple antacid tablets may help you feel better temporarily but the problem will return, and often worsen in intensity and duration over time.
