Welcome to ehealthforum,
During pregnancy, there is increase in circulatory volume of blood leading to stress on heart and more prominent pulse/heartbeat. Blood/serum HCG level estimation is accurate (it can detect pregnancy earlier at about 11 days post conception), than a urine pregnancy test (which usually start showing positive results after about 20 days post conception or even later). Urine pregnancy test kits are calibrated ones, so unless the hormone levels in urine reach a certain level, they do not show positive results. They can also show false negative results. If you suspect to be pregnant, visit your doctor/gynecologist for a thorough examination (to confirm pregnancy related changes/signs in body) and blood/serum HCG level test (to confirm/rule out pregnancy accurately). Take adequate rest. Maintain healthy diet. Drink plenty of water.
