I am 27 years old I have 2 kids one is 8 and the other is 2. Over time I have realized my heart has a twitch to it. It does it on and off for a pretty long time, it does hurt. I have not been to the doctor about this, simply because it scares me. I feel like it is just stress related and after reading so responses, it might be. But is there another way to rule this out, what is a sign that its not....It goes on and on, for long periods of time almost to were I want to stop breathing to make it stop......In my family there is large close relations with diabetes, high blood pressure, strokes and many other thing in common. What do you think?

i think you should go to a doctor and get that checked out.
reason
i have high blood pressure, high cholesterol these disease are silent killers. that means you wont have any symptoms, usually you find out during a doctors check up that you have it.
my heart used to race for no reason, and beat in a funny way.
you have two kids to take care of and they need theyre mom healthy.
even if it's stress and your blood pressure is really high, it's still dangerous.
