Q: Heart skipping a beat

Lately(for the past..I'd say 6 month), I've been having this weird sensation in my chest. It's like my heart is beating normally, and then randomly it skips a beat, and continues normally. Sometimes it can happen 2 or 3 times in a row( normal-skip-normal-skip-normal).

Earlier today though, I went into my kitchen for a drink, and as I was standing there it happened again. This time it was a bit different. It lasted for a bit longer, and it felt like there was this pressure in my chest. After that one, it skipped 3 more times like it normally does, and then continues normally. I took my heart rate and blood pressure, and my heart rate was 110(though my normal heart rate is over 100, and blood pressure was 14X over 100, which is up from a normal 14X over 80 something.

I was just wondering what I should do. I called and schedule and appointment with my doctor on Tuesday, but until then, I'm really scared I'm going to have a heart attack or something.

As far as my lifestyle goes, I'll be 21 years old on the 9th, I weigh about 385 lbs, get little to no exercise, and spent most of my time sitting in front of the computer. I've never had any type of heart related problems before, but heart problems run in my family.

If anyone could give me some advice or something, I'd really appreciate it. Thanks
