heart pulsates strong and a little fast, went to hospital and was told it is stress related it has been 2 days now. need to know how if this could be something serious. i am a 19 year old man. never have had heart issues. not overweight. but a little inactive

A strong heart beat is not necessarily abnormal and "a little fast" doesn't tell what the heart rate actually is. After all, "a little fast" may be perfectly normal. I assume that they took an electrocardiogram at the hospital and that it was normal. Consequently, I am uncertain why you are worried.
