Very likely it is anxiety. Whenever I get stressed out, yelled at, or start yelling my heart begins to race, and hurt. My whole body becomes shaky and weak, and I become very pale. I don't think it is much of a concern though, but it's your heart so check with the doctor just to stay safe!

Sweetie I would work on the reason why you two fight and build from there. Stress period is never good on the body and if she gets that upset she definitely might have something else going on? I have seen patients with anxiety have a stroke. Anxiety can lead to some major health conditions. I think a good ole physical with an Internist can do her some good.
