My heart beats at 56 beats per minute when at rest....i do feel some shortness of breath sometimes....when going to high altitudes i feel a shortness of breath and nauseated....and sometimes at home or anywhere i feel like I'm having a blackout....can someone please tell me what is wrong....please reply soon!!
