Well, i am 39 years old and started working out with a treadmill. One day i cleaned the house and was extremely tired but i decided that i needed to do the treadmill because i didn't wanted to get off of my routine of doing 30-45 minutes each day. So after the treadmill, i went to the bathroom and saw blood in my stool. I got worried and next morning i got strong chest palpitations. I had a hole on my heart when i was born and have gastric acid or stomach acid. Im not sure what i have. Can someone help me??

There are many causes of blood in the stool, some serious and some not. It could be related to your acid problems or to the exercise. Here is a link to some interesting information that could be helpful. gastrointestinal disorders

Have you seen your doctor? Has the blood happened more than once?

I hope this is helpful.
