Q: Heart pain and fast beating

hi, doctors
My husband has a heart problem. He says it hurts and starts beating fast, it happens once in two or three months. He did check up last year but doctor said that everything is normal but he should continue doing excercise. So, I am worrying that how it can be cured. I am looking for your advice.
