i am a 24 year old female of african descent
for the past week and a half i have been having heart flutters, and it interups my breathing, together with a heavy feeling of discomfort on left side of my chest and slight pain..
there is no history of heart disease in my family( there is hypertension and diabetes)

what could possibly be causing it?
