I am 31 yrs old and have a history of high blood pressure, high cholesterol & high triglicerides. In addition, I have a family history of heart disease. over the past couple months I have been have repeated occurences of dizziness, nausea and shortness of breath with any type of physical exertion. When I check my blood pressure it seems fine 115/75 typically. In addition I have had EKG's in the past and they have always been clear. Is it possible that the doctors may be missing something or are there additional tests that I should be requesting to find out if I am having any heart issues. I don't seem to have any chest pain or discomfort with these episodes. I have two girls 4 and 2 and want to be around to watch them grow old and don't want to miss something. Any help or guidance you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks Mat, Kent OH
