Q: Heart and throat pain with coughing

i've been having an itchy throat and coughing for almost a week and just his morning I woke up around at 12 am with a large sum of sting-pain in my heart.
That kind of scared me because i'm an over-weight 6teen year old and I know myself I have to exercise but I didn't think that I would start having pain in the heart... so I'm just a bit worried.
