hi everyone, I had my heart ablation for supra ventricular tachychardia two weeks ago...I suffered complications, I had internal bleeding at the entry point, I now have a small haemotoma in my groin, im tired and im still getting small palpitations...... sounds bad doesnt it....well its not.....
the operation was fine, the cardiologist put my mind at rest, i was sedated, which was nice, it was painless....I knew about the complications and i felt, and still feel it was worth it......I had this elective surgery because i want my life to be normal, and the worry prior to my op was impacting on the quality of my life...I know, its early days, but I hope to god it has worked and I can now smile and get on with my life...If i need it again would i have it.....absolutely, even knowing what complications i went through...it was worth it....so anyone who is about to have the op and is worried, dont be.Smile
