I hear voices in my head really badly. I hear, "Gross.. I hate her so much.. are you serious... she's screwed up... I don't even know what to say....I hate her so much.... eeeeww... she's stupid... i can't believe how insane this girl is."

So does anyone hear voices that say good things? I'm sort of scared and I have ptsd from being gang raped. lifepreserver

That is your conscience. You feel guilty... You need to start MAKING those voices say good things and realize you were a victim.

The subconscious is very strong. If you concentrate on all the good about yourself before bed and throughout the day you will begin to think about how wonderful of a person you are. Thinking goes a long way. REALLY!
If these are memories then you need to inpower yourself to be the victor. This is crusial to your very being.
If you are a victom of crime you may also want to remember that if I saw you in a store I will NOT be able to tell that you are a victom of abything and we might just talk and become friends. If the voices you here are anything else IE; telling you to e harmful to others or yourself you must see a doctor right away so medication can help you. Even if your a victom ofcrime you may need to be put on an anti anxiety medication to help you.
I do hope that you go to your doctor and explain all this to him/her. They deal in this more than people stop to think about. If you are sent to any therapist and you do not feel any connection after a while, find a differant therapist. We don't always like everyone we meet. This is normal. Another thing (if you are not a victom of crime) you may want to go see a neroligist to make sure that there is not something off with any part of your brain or organs that would effect you in this way.
Warm wishes,

My pancreas doesn't work. It hasn't for 13 years. I feel sharp pains in the right side of it. I've been to a neurologist. A lot of my trauma happened after my diagnosis of diabetes. Is there anything else you can tell me? You sound like you know what your talking about.

That little girl inside you is trying to hold all that pain that you experienced when you were gang raped. She is lashing out because her world is all the pain and anguish that happened back then.

You both are experiencing all the negative emotions attached to the memories of that event. Once you get rid of the negative emotions attached to these memories, the memories don't bother you anymore.

I know this is true because that's what I do for a living; I get rid of the trapped negative emotions attached to trauma memories. I get to see first hand the change that takes place in people once this happens.

Would you like to talk about it?

Be well,
larry

need help
hi everyone when i was 9 i was messed with by my dad's best friend and i am now 26 years old. here in the last few weeks i have been hearing people call my name and i have gone to see who it was and the people around me said they did not call me. i have been told that i have depression and i am also bi-polar. now my question is can i be hearing my name called from having these problems in my head? it worries me because i am a mother of 3 and i am always hearing someone saying my name. i have not told my husband about any of this. he has his own voices in his head he is dealing with at this time so i try not to worry him with it. also my husband tells me i have another personality. i dont see it but he said i am nice one min and the next he says i say things and i always tell him i never said that. but he says i have can you tell me what is going on?

mt2683 If u can't talk of this with your husband you have a problem
If u have insurance see your Dr. (he/she will get u evaluated by a proper professional) if no insurance call your local health dept and get the number of an agency available in your circumstance, SINCE U HAVE 3 KIDS please do this NOW it may be greatly helped with simple medication but DO NOT look for this type of help on a public forum of well wishers (it is not like u have pimples on your nose or itchy crotch)
