My husband was diagnosed with bipolar. But he refuses medicines. He only takes Klonopin for the anxiety. Anyway, he says he could ear a man and woman talking in only one of his ears. He could only hear a couple of words here and there. No one else around heard anything like this. Is this a symptom of bipolar? He refuses to seek help and has never mentioned this before.

It is a sympton of bipolar. What could happen is if he is going through a maniac attack, then there is a possibility that he could end up hearing voices that are really not there. He may also start to truly believe things that are not true. I would reccomend that you force him to go see a doctor and start a medication.
