I hear voices in my head really badly. I hear, "Gross.. I hate her so much.. are you serious... she's screwed up... I don't even know what to say....I hate her so much.... eeeeww... she's stupid... i can't believe how insane this girl is."

So does anyone hear voices that say good things? I'm sort of scared and I have ptsd from being gang raped. lifepreserver

Get yourself to a psychiatrist. It sounds like you are having an episode of schizophrenia. It is not normal to hear voices in your head.

If they are talking all the time, making commentary on what's going on, it is extremely likely you have schizophrenia. Go to a doctor or the ER.

another person was saying it's just my conscience because I feel guilty about the rape. (ptsd) I'm taking an anti-psychotic that keeps me quite stable.

if you're hearing voices all the time, you should get it checked out.

it's usually pretty easy to discern your own thoughts from foreign ones.

it's good you're on an antipsychotic. that's what's used to treat schizophrenia.

since you're on meds, i'm assuming you have a psychiatrist. I'd contact him or her and mention the voices thing.
