Hi all. Hope someone can help me. Starting to panic.

First off I'm a 23 year old male. I've always listened to music via headphones, however unlike teenagers I don't have music cranked up 3/4 of the way up. I realise the damages so I always have the volume knob up approx 1/4 of the way - the point where I can just hear the music. I usually listen via headphones approx 1-2 hours a day.

Approximately three days ago I was in my room (a quiet environment) listening to my headphones for an hour or so. Everything seemed fine when I took them off and I went to bed. Next morning I found that my left ear was partially blocked as if there's a build up of pressure and fullness. I covered my right (good) ear to examine the hearing of the left and the volume level seemed fine. I've noticed that sometimes (not always) when I breathe in deeply I feel a kind of suction in the ear, and also a tightness now and again. It's getting irritating as I also have trouble talking to others and clarifying my own speech due to the imbalance. I haven't seen the doctor yet. As I said it's been three days.

Reassurance please. Did the vibrations of the headphones somehow moved ear wax? Do I have some kind of allergy? or I'm I in the first stage of deafness? Appreciate all the help and advice. Thank You!!!
