I started 3 days ago hearing my heartbeat in my right ear and I have some pain with it and it is getting louder and driving me crazy. I would like to know what it is and if I need to see me ENT?

Hearing disturbances associated with extraneous sound can be due to middle ear problems like glue ears, infection or blockage of Eustachian tube. If you are hearing sounds like heartbeat in rhythm with your pulse it could be related to blood vessels or circulation. If you are also experiencing tinnitus and dizziness, it is mandatory that you see an ENT doctor as soon as possible. A routine ENT examination with audiometry is needed. As it is not possible to diagnose accurately just based on couple of symptoms on internet without examination, it is advisable to see your ENT doctor immediately. Thank you.
