Q: Hearing difficulties

my medical condition is well but in the last week i was having hearing difficulties and i used an ear wax cleaner from the chemist but now i am having trouble hearing what i say as i do not know whether what i am saying is loud or quiet and i can also hear my heart beating loudly.

You may still have wax build up that is too much for the ear wax cleaner to get out. You may need to get a doctor to clean it out.
