im hearing a womens voice is my head asking and telling me to do things i would not even dream of doing like self harm and harming my animals can u give me any advice or help?

Well, you are having auditory hallucinations which could be due to schizophrenia or due to depression too. You need an urgent psychiatric assessment and need psychotherapy and medications as soon as possible. Take care!
