Q: Healthy weight ?

I'm 20 years old and 5'6" tall. I have been struggling with food and losing weight for around 5 years. Last month I was down to 94 lbs, and my boyfriend got really upset so I promised that as long as I can stay under 105 I will eat at least once a day. Is that a reasonable weight for my height? Would it still be healthy to weigh less? I feel fat already even though I'm still under 105, I cringe every time my boyfriend sees any part of my body because I feel so unattractive. How do I deal with that?

I could really use some advice if anyone has any.
Thanks for takin the time to read this even if you have no input Smile

I did a search and I was informed that 130 is a healthy weight for you. You need to be eating alot more then once a day. I used to diet hard, and I find that my metabolism is better now and I am able to maintain my weight by eating normally. Starving slows your metabolism, so you put on weight easier, and it is very dangerous to your organs.
