Hello! I have a question about lowest possible healthy weight. I'm a 5'4" female with a small frame (wrist under 6"). The weight to ratio charts show 114 lbs as the lowest normal weight but if you calculate BMI you can put in 108 lbs and still get a normal BMI reading. What is with the grey area of 108-114? Is that healthy or unhealthy? Why the two different ranges?
