Q: Healthy way to gain weight ?

Hi all,

I was wondering if anybody has any suggestions as to how I may be able to gain a few healthy pounds. I work out once a week and have a toned muscle structure, but I am still very thin. My main problem is stress related. I am unable to eat large portions when I have stuff on my mind. Thus I usually tend to actually loose weight during periods of 'first dates' and related events.
