Q: Healthy balanced diet ?

i am 70 kg and i am 170 cm tall. i am looking for a healthy balanced diet that i can take in order to lose 8 to 9 kgs in one month.

Your present BMI (body mass index) is 24.22. When you loose 8 to kg you will have 61 kg and your BMI will be 21.1 which is close to the lower limit. The kind of diet that would be best for you depends on your current health condition and eating, working and sleeping habits. Taking blood for basic laboratory tests in order to determine your current health condition is recommendable.
You might want to consult with nutritionist about the most effective and most suitable diet for you according to the data from the laboratory results and your habits and needs.

Please, don't follow just any diet to reduce your weight. It is harmful. I was overweight 2 years back. I used to eat literally nothing whole day but just juice/fruits. I lost weight, yes but after 2 months, I started getting headaches, felt dizzy and was not able to concentrate properly.

If you keep eating only healthy food, it becomes a kind of disordered eating which is not recommended. I looked thin but weak. I did not want that. On searching online, I came across a diet which they said will keep my body in shape. Guess what? I gained 3 kgs in 2 months. But, I didn't look fat. My waist size was same, no fat was increased but my weight was. I looked fine, not sick. During these 2 years, I lost 4 kgs and gained 6-7 kgs. It is keeping my body balanced.
It helped me. Hope it works for you too.

Now this might not seem important, but one of the reasons why people choose to eat fast food is because there is no home cooked food available. Having home cooked food will enable you to control your urges for pizzas and instant deliveries.

It is difficult to control your urges when you are faced with fast food. But with healthier options, it is possible to avoid such cravings. Take a lot of whole grain cereals.
