I generally seem to get real anxiety problems when I am experiencing issues with my health. I obsess about the health issue and it takes over all my waking hours as well as some of my sleep time. Is there anyone else out there who is the same and if so, what do you find helps to 'defuse' things for you and to behave in a more impartial manner towards what is worrying you?
