Water Is Essential To Life!

Water is a Fundamental part of our lives. It’s easy to forget how dependant we are on it. We cannot Survive without it. Experts rank Water second only to Oxygen as being essential for life. 55 to 75% of the average adult body is water, that’s 2/3s of your bodies weight.
The best phrase I’ve herd used to date is, The Water You Drink Literally Becomes You! Now that’s a powerful statement. Because a huge percentage of our body is water, it plays a Vital roll in how our bodies function. Simply put we need lots of Fresh, Purified, Clean Water.
The roll Water plays in our body includes the following:
 Aids in Digestion And Food Absorption
 Regulates Body Temperature And Blood Circulation
 Carries Oxygen And Nutrients To Cells
 Removes Waste And Toxins
 Cushions Joints, Protects Tissues And Organs
The List Goes On An On..

So you see why a lack of water (Dehydration) can lead to many ailments. We can survive without food for 2 months, maybe more, Without Water, only a few days.

Other Health Benefits Of Drinking Sufficient Water

Weight Loss:
Water may possibly be one of the most significant factors in Weight Loss.
It Contains No Calories, Serves As An Appetite Suppressant, And Helps Metabolize Stored Fat. An Article By Elizabeth Austin In Shape Magazine, notes that “ The Single Most Important Nutrient You Can Take Every Day Is Water.”
WHY?
 Its Fat-Free
 Low In Sodium
 And contains No Calories
By drinking more Water, you stimulate the Kidneys, resulting in Reduced Water Retention.

What’s In Your Water?

By now I think It’s safe to say that, Drinking Lots of Water is Extremely Essential to Our good Health. But Just As Important to drink the highest Quality Water.

A common misconception is that Water is Water, When reality is, our water is often polluted with contaminants.
Such as:
• Asbestos
• Lead
• Mercury
• Volatile Organic Chemicals
And a host of others.

I am torn between drinking bottled water and tap water, since tap water has more minerals in it such as chloride, but is also not the cleanest as bottled water. Any opinions?

Bottled water VS Tap water.
I would recommend Bottled. With that being said, Using X2O in your water, it doesn't matter. X2O purifies your water while at the same time adds 70 trace minerals.

I'm not sure where the idea comes from that bottled water is "cleaner" than tap water. Both go through purification systems to be considered safe for drinking. Here's a quote from a useful article on the bottled water debate:

"A considerable volume of the bottled water that Americans buy each year, moreover, is tap water. Popular brands such as Aquafina and Dasani are actually tap water that has been put through additional filtration and purification — techniques aimed at making water that is already clean ... clean."

I occasionally grab a bottle of water when it's convenient, but I prefer to drink from the tap most of the time - especially since I'm already paying for it. You might consider an in-home filtration system if you're really worried about clean water.

Here's a link to the rest of the bottled water article: http://seattletimes.nwsource.com/html/nati onworld/2008024882_water30.html

cool way to drink more water
Hey all,

Don't know if you would find this useful or not, but I personally get bored drinking tons of water each day. To mix it up, I like making flavored water that's still healthy.

I found a cool video that explains how to do this: http://www.graspr.com/videos/Healthy-Drink s-1
