I got bit by a spider 6 weeks ago today and the physical healing of it is fine. There is no wound, the skin is just pink and has been this way for around 3 weeks. However the area of the bite is still noticeably warmer than the rest of my skin. Is this normal considering it has been 6 weeks since the bite occurred?

If the wound has healed well and there is no side effects or persisting symptoms, you should be fine.

If you have persisting doubts consult your doctor for a examination and proper medical advice.
