Current medical status: ulccer up the nose

A wound heals with difficulty if it is old and a connective tissue has already developed forming a scar. When a scar is formed the only way to remove it is with plastic surgery. If the wound is fresh it can be stimulated for reepitelization with over the counter products containing aloe, for example. Keeping the wound clean is a necessity to encourage the organism for faster healing.
