how do i heal eczema scars? i dont think im growing out of it, but i would like to know how it feels to have clear skin again on my legs and arms. what are some home remedies or products that wont break the bank?

I am unable to make a diagnosis online and for confermation i would recommnend seeing a local licesced medical professional. Eczema scarring is best prevented by prompt treatment of affected areas. Once eczema has resolved and you are left with a scar, silicone products such as kelocote and avoidance of sun exposure have proven effective during the first few months. For older eczema scars, the only intervention that is proven to help is sun avoidance .Good skin care with moisturizer and sun screen is always beneficial.
