Current medical status: i had the IUD placed in the 15th and they said only 1-2 days of spotting would happen wll its been 9 days an di'm still bleeding. isthat normal? when she put the IUD in she mention she made a perforation in my cervix and thats why i would bleed.

Current medical treatment: none

It seems the perforation did not heal well as expected. You should visit your gynecologist again and have a vaginal examination to stop the bleeding. If the wound is bigger than expected then a surgical intervention might be needed. Otherwise, you risk several complications like an infection and loosing too much blood.
