Hello everyone.
I' am an eighteen year old active and healthy teenager.
For the past couple weeks I have been having headaches more frequently.
I do have anxiety and take medicine but recently stopped taking it again.
My anxiety does get the best of me but I don't let try and define who I'am.
I called the doctor yesterday asking about my frequent headaches,
the doctor had said they're nothing serious as long as there not painful where I can't handle the pain. Which I can handle the pain with taking something to ease the pain but it doesn't go away. Also the doctor if they do get worse and they're so unbareable I have to go for a ct scan.
Which I think all my headaches are being caused by going to college and having homework where I' am not used to having so much and working now. The headaches are usually on the side of my head, on my temple and in the back of my head it hurts. Nothing serious *knock on wood*
So what can it be, just anxiety or something serious?
The doctor says I' am healthy and nothing to worry about but I'm kinda worried.

I need help to figure out is everything going to be alright?
Should I just try and block the headaches out of my mind even though I still have them? What should I do!? Please help?

Are you drinking enough water? How many glasses a day?

Also, how do you relax? What do you do to calm down?

migraines
Stress and anxiety can definitely cause headaches. Don't let them get to the point of where you are having trouble accomplishing your daily activities. When this happens you definitely need to seek treatment.

Drinking plenty of water and have a regular sleep schedule. Having a CT scan is standard for people that get headaches but don't panic because it is just a test. I've had several of them because of the terrible migraines I get. I've gotten headaches so bad I thought I was dying.

Maybe it's best that you go on and have the test and maybe get a prescription such as zomig to treat your headaches. I take zomig and it has definitely helped me.

Good luck!
