i have been suffering with headaches since i was 9 and i am now 18. i have been to the doctors and they just give me naproxen and amytriptyline. but recently i have been havin hot flushes and dizzy spells with the headaches and also pain in my lower back and numbness and tingling down my leg. is there a cause for this?

Thanks for using this forum...

From your medical history seems you have vascular haeadaches or migraine and the back pain with tingling numbness is different problem.You should get xray or mri to rule out back problem,it might be a simple muscle cramp but needs to be evaluated clinically..

You can visit a neurologist and get some anti migraine drugs to help you..
