Hello,

I'm a 24 year old male. For the past 3 years, I've been getting these moderate to bad headaches (enough to need Tylenol). They have been triggered by chronic computer use. The computer is a necessity these days and most everyone uses one. I just got a full time job and I will have to be on the computer all day which makes me really nervous. I've been to a neurologist and had an MRI taken. Everything was normal. I was on Topamax but I had to stop due to side effects and I do not want to take any more medication. I also have bad sinuses which could contribute to it but it is definitely due to computer use. I have to use the computer alot so does anyone have any recommendations other than medication?

Thank you
