i have a tiny little knot on my left temple and i am really worried because i have been dizzy for about a week now and very very tierd.my face on that side also feels like its got pressure .any ideas?

I'd suggest that you first see your family doctor who can do a visual and physical manipulation exam of the knot. Then, if necessary, s/he might request an MRI or CT scan of the head to help you with diagnosis. It's also possible that the dizziness is related to diet or low blood pressure. But you'll need to be diagnosed before treatment options can be recommended.
