Headache is one of the symptoms of bronchitis.
It is the respiratory stress in bronchitis (difficulties breathing, coughing), that often leads to impaired sleep, which triggers headache.
It is very possible that you have sinusitis at the same time.
Actually, bronchitis is very common following a sinus infection due to the post-nasal drip of thickened mucus reaching the bronchi.
Severe headache, along with facial pain and pressure, are characteristics of sinusitis.
Very often, these conditions need proper antibiotic treatment.
Left untreated may cause complications.
