headaches,migraine, reocurring knot on head, 14 y.o

hi, i am 14. I have had chronic h/a & migraines for 2 years now. triggered by light & sound. i have had a small knot on my head since i was 8y.o. the knot's size varies but turns hard when a headache occurs, soft at other times. I also have a tension spot in my back, which is new, but i was born with one and had for 3 yrs also. recently i've had limb cramps, become lightheaded and ibeprofeun has started to not affect these pains. i am currently on Elavil 25mg to prevent tension headaches; however it doesn't help? any suggestions??
