I usually get headaches during the night and they usually wake me up in the morning. My neck usually hurts where my neck and shoulders meet. I have tried many type of pillows even none, if it does work it is just a couple of days then my headache is back. I have also tried the chrioprater, but nothing. Whats up? Also I am always tired, its so hard for me to get out of bed in the mornings. I understand that I have 5 kids under the age of 7 but I have never been this tired. Even with two babies under 2 before. Please help?

Hi,
Welcome to the forum. I am really glad to help you out. Firstly, you need to get your hemogram done to look for any anemia (low hemoglobin). Anemia is one of the important causes of headache. The possiblity of anemia is more when there are pregnancies at short intervals. Please get your thyroid function tests also done to rule out hypothyroidism. Another possiblity is cervical spondylitis.

You should consult an orthopedic surgeon for the same and seek an opinion. You might need to do x-rays/MRI of the cervical spine to look for the cause of the same. I sincerely hope this helps. Take care.
