Headache and Migraines Answer A6272

According to the data you provided you might be experiencing some neurological disorder. The data is not specific enough for definitive diagnose to be given.
However, the symptoms (hands shaking-tremor, hypokinesia and postural instability) might be related to Parkinsons’s Syndrome. Parkinson’s Syndrome has to be distinguished from Parkinson’s disease, although it is the most often for reason for Parkinson’s Syndrome.
Since there are many other causes that have to confirmed or ruled out, you might want to visit a neurologist for further diagnostic procedures.
