Hi
Welcome to the forum!
With unprotected sex, brownish discharge, missed period and a dislike for food you normally like, there is a strong chance that you are pregnant. The two most common causes of brownish discharge are pregnancy and birth control pills (ruled out in your case).
Take a pregnancy test. After 3 years of unprotected sex 4% chance pregnancy can become a reality.
If the test is negative then other causes have to be looked at. Other causes of brownish discharge are hypothyroidism, cervical dysplasia, cervical polyps, cervicitis, vaginitis, cervical and uterine cancer, uterine fibroids, hormonal imbalance, genital ulcers, STDs and stress. Unprotected sex for 3 years can also cause infection both STD and non STD infection of female genitalia resulting in brownish discharge.
You can discuss these possibilities with your gynecologist as on net and without examining it is difficult to give a confirmed opinion. A PAP smear and a STD panel must be done too along with a pregnancy test. Hope this helps. Take care!
