I have a child already. I missed a few days of my birthcontrole pills. I am having head achs, and get this sick to stomach feeling that comes and goes. my period is not due till the 28th. I am also having very slight cramp like pain on my left side lower abdomen. Could I be pregnant? when should I test?

Hi, and thanks for your medical question on eHealth forum!

If you came off the pill, then it is possible to have an earlier period. If however, every time you have sex there is blood then infection, inflammation, HPV infection and other STD, cervical erosion and polyps etc will have to be ruled out.

Since a confirmed diagnosis cannot be given on net please consult your gynecologist once. Hope this helps. Take care!
