I had unprotected sex on 17april with a family friend i felt i new their sexual history as i have known her closely for ten years and she had done HIV test a few months back, but a week and half after that i started feeling very unconfortable movement all over my body and could not sleep, i had pains in my neck and everytime i exact pressure on my body like working out i feel movement down the side of my neck. this lasted like another week, then i had sor throat with blocked nose along with a lot of sneezing which my doctor blamed on pollen grains and change of weather and this lasted about four days but then i have been havin this light headache on and off for about three days and it is beginning to bother me if this might be seroconversion illness but i dont have any swollen glands.

Kind regards

peter

None of the symptoms you mentioned indicate any STDs except HIV. I think you may be overreacting a bit but if you're really concerned about it, you should get tested as soon as possible. Take this fear and let it remind you to never again have unprotected sex with someone you don't know well and who you are not in a monogamous relationship with. Good luck.
