Q: Headaches and painful stomach

Over the last week I have been experiencing headaches and painful/upset stomach, they seem to come at random times, I am sexually active, but it has been over a month and a half since I last had sex. The has been no bleeding and my breasts are fine, so I don't think I'm pregnant. My last period was about 3 weeks ago, and I am highly irregular. Please Help.
