Hello
I wonder if you can help-

For about 5 years I have been experiencing problems with my neck, more recently my shoulder, front and back and now my arm. I experience a deep ache in those areas, a tingly sensation and lately a rash and burning on my inner arm.
At the same time I have had headaches, mostly on the same right side. I was treated for this with topiramate as the doc believed it to be migraine although not classical.(Stopped taking them-they didn't help.) I get a shooting pain from my neck into my head if I lean forward. I often have loose stools, often if I'm nervous. For a period of about two weeks I had what seemed to be indigestion. Sometimes when I breath in I get a strange sensation in my chest and neck, where the large muscle in the front usually aches. My chest usually feels tight and achey. I sleep well, have a busy homelife but at the end of the day I'm good for nothing. Do you think this could be fibromyalgia? (

Hi
Welcome to the forum!
The symptoms (deep ache in those areas-- neck, shoulder, front, back and arm, a tingly sensation and lately a rash and burning on my inner arm) could be due to peripheral neuropathies, herpes, and peripheral artery disease. It could also be due to fibromyalgia or even chronic fatigue syndrome.
Stress and anxiety too could be the contributing factor. The other possibility is low Vitamin D levels. This can also cause similar symptoms. Along with it get your calcium ad parathyroid gland levels checked.
The aches in chest, a strange feeling and indigestion can be due to acidity with gastric reflux or GERD.
However on net and without examining it is difficult to give a confirmed opinion. Please consult your doctor about these possibilities. Hope this helps. Take care!
