I have 3 teenage girls who frequently complain about feeing hot then cold and nausea sometimes associated with Migrains. What could be the cause?

I'm going to guess this is hormonal if they are otherwise healthy girls and not involved in any sort of substance abuse, voluntary or involuntary. Could be signs of PMS.... please take them to a doctor or GYN who might be able to help them feel better.
