Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum.
If you have had a very late ovulation in your last menstrual cycle, then it could result in pregnancy. Your symptoms of feeling sick, headaches, mild cramping, dizziness, constant tiredness could be suggestive of early symptoms of pregnancy. Look out for development of any other new symptoms. Visit your gynecologist/doctor for examination and tests to confirm/rule out pregnancy.
Take care.
