I have had headaches at least twice a week, from the time I wake up to the time I go to bed every day, for the past 2 years. I also get migraines at least once a week. My neck has also been twitching recently, causing my head to turn slightly to the side It happens very frequently (once every few minutes), and it is embarrassing. my neck really gets painfull everyday, i have knots in my neck. my partner massage my sholders once and bruised my neck. also I have had severe stomach pains with diarrhoea and vomiting for the last 4 years or even longer.and i think i have a urine infection causing me to tense my stomach for the last few weeks. im a bit stubbon when it comes to see a doctor but i really am getting worried now and want to get it sorted.

A doctor visit would be a good idea.

You may want to consider going to the hospital and ask for an MRI to check out the headaches. You really should not let this go undiagnosed for much longer!
