Hi, I'm 17, recently I started dieting, I've also recently been getting headaches, fatigue, and when I stand up I get very lightheaded and see dots. It came to the point where I saw dots that filled up my whole vision and made the whole room white. I thought these symptoms were because I was dieting, but I stopped my dieting and it still hasn't stopped. I'm very tired, but I'm getting enough sleep. I also feel naseous, what's wrong with mee?

I have a similar Question
I started eating organic not 100% but I lost around 60 pounds in the past five months by completly cutting out High Fructose Corn syurp, I recently have been getting a bad dizzyness when I stand up. Is this from the way I eat??

The problem that you are mentioning here is not related to dieting at least. I know many people who were on dieting at some stage but they never complained anything like that. I think it is a more serious matter than you think and it is time that you see a doctor.
