Headaches and Dizziness

I'm 21 years old and have been suffering from headaches for quite some time. I now have moderate headaches (usually in my temples) about 3-4 times a week. Less than a year ago I also started having vertigo spells which last anywhere from a couple of hours to a week. Recently I have also noticed a lot of dents in my skull which were not there before (no head injuries). I recall having one my whole life and now I have about 5. I also recently starting seeing blurry, white lines in my vision that make it difficult to see for several minutes. My doctor doesn't seem to be concerned and says it's migraines but I'm not convinced. I have had migraines in the past and they don't feel like this.
